with audio and video in sync on standalone (Toshiba, which plays VCDs (NTSC)). Encoded avi to mpeg-1 with TMPGEnc with standard NTSC template. Cut file with TMPGEnc with Merge/Cut, correctly set at MPEG-1 VCD. Burned with Adaptec EZ CD creator 5.02. All settings were accepted fine and I then burned at 8x (Yamaha Burner).

Plays as if in slow-motion ...both video and audio. No blocking or scrolling. Plays perfect on Windows media player on pc. Driving me nuts ....same result after result. Many coasters now. Also burned at 6x but with same result.

Could it be I need to speed the file up somehow??? Format is correct.
