Is there a template to make a XSVCD? ? What I have been trying is to use a standard SVCD template and raise the b\rate up to 3000 and the revolution to 720x480 for the NTSC film. Is there any thing else I should be looking at?
What I get with these settings when I play the movie on my GE1101 DVD player is a fast movment jerty movie.
Any one got any tips for me?
