I decrypted some DVDs using all the default settings, now the TS folders are on a HDD. Now I learn I should have used IFO Mode & not allowed file splitting. I know I can burn them back onto double layer DVDs and run the app again, but is there a way to make it use a HDD location as the source instead of the disk drive?

If all you need is the movie itself, open the IFO in PGCDemux and demux it. You can even get a VOB file by checking the 'Create PGC VOB' box.
