OK, I know eMule/uTorrent/joining/splitting files (downloaded from Rapidshare/Sendspace...) using Hjsplit....now I found a few videos that are only available on Usernet and I have no clue as to how to download/open them...what software do I need to download them and what am I supposed to do with all those par2/r00-r20/sfv and what is NZB?

    Thanks.

winrar to put the rars back together into one piece.

quickpar to use the par files for repair work.

nzb is a small file that lists all the parts of a post.

flashsfv to use the sfv to check for errors in the rars.

Usenet provider GigaNews has a deal with NewsBin where NewsBin sells a version of their news reader that is optimized for GigaNews. It can intelligently put RAR files together, use the PARs for recovery if necessary, and produce the desired output for you.

NZB files are like a master list of what pieces are part of the upload. If you use something like the NewsBin reader I talked about, they aren't really necessary. If you do everything manually, they might be useful to you.
