Hi all,
I am in the process of spending some bucks to enter the HD world, now I need to make sure I`ll get a decent video card.
Starting from a FLESH Windows XP SP3 install (I`ll reformat) , I`ll basically use CS4 to edit the AVCHD files (either through Cineform or directly, depending on i7`s performance) and will create "final" edited files for Blu-Ray authoring (also in CS4).
While I don`t have a Blu-ray burner, a good idea would be to watch the final edited videos in my 42" LCD TV. Please, what would be a good card for that ? And using which software ? I may take a look at CS5 when it becomes available.
Please note that I am not a gamer, so basically I`ll need the proper hardware (that hopefully will install all needed codecs) with the proper HDMI output.
NVIDIA ? ATI ?
Thanks so much,
Zetti
