Adding an advert to the begining of a flim

As title, I wish to ad a pearl and dean download to the biggining of my home made films , can it be done and how. First post guys so rip the piss out of me if you wish

More info needed. What format is your film? (Codec) But you should be able to do this with most editors. If you use the same format, you may not have to re-encode it either, just append it to your video. Is this a motion video you are wanting to add or just a static picture?

Pearl & Dean!!!!!! WT*!!! You must be older than me and I'm heading for 72 next year. What a ghastly prospect of seeing one of their logo's on the head of a family film. That said depends on the format of your video, if it is mpeg then WOMBLE is excellent and the trial version runs 30 days I think so you can try it out as nothing is crippled. Good luck

Ta lads, The pearl and dean thing is simpley for fun, hoping to get some local tandoori to agree to filming . On a simler subject Ive seen people make their own title set you know, where there is the fox logo type thingy with the family name on it. Any ideas. Sorry to be such a thicko regarding such things but I promis to do a search when I get more time.

First you have to make the mini-movie.

BluffTitler can help you with that. Their website even includes sample files of "parody" titles like that.

Once you have the mini-movie, then you can look at your DVD authoring system. Most call this "First Play" or "Intro" or something like that; a small film you can put in the front of everything.

Good move that Womble gadget thingy, BUT when looking at the home screen on the one ive downloaded it isnt the same as the home screen here

Ive just trawled the net and found the one that is in the tutorial. gona give that a go now, wish me luck

Just trying the one ive just downloaded and playing about with it, (thats how you learn isn't it?) chose a movie and pressed play and it plays at about 3 times the speed it should do, is that normal? ive pressed the button next to the play button to alter the speed but nothing happens, any thoughts guys. probley me bein a jerk, all new to me this stuff
