What Program will convert both DVD and Downloaded Movies ?

I am looking for software that will convert movies that I have retail purchased and movies that I have purchased through download to MP4 so I can them on my PSP and on my I Phone 3GS. I am willing to use a pay for product i don not want to use freeware. Can anyone here please recommend a program? I am so frustrated!!!!

This is what I am trying to accomplish. I purchased Lost season 1 through amazon it is a downloaded copy I have been using XVID4psp to convert to MP4. All of the audio is clearly out of sync. I also have some movies that I would like to watch on my PSP or my Iphone since these devices can use the same format MP4. I was hoping that some one here could reccomend a program that will allow me to do both devices and will allow me to use my dvd and downloaded versions of movies and convert them to MP4.

I have tried trial versions of Magic DVD, SLY fox, Avs for You.
