well that didn't take long, did it? what this shows is that you can't stop torrent sites, no matter who you sue, they'll just move to a more friendly environment:

good luck suing whoever this is in romania, or even if they did and could get similar results to what they got against the original pirate bay they'll just move to russia, south africa, the list of countries is endless, hell they may even decentralize the site and have different parts hosted on different servers in different countries.
i guess this probably also effectively kills the sale of the pirate bay site...
what these movie studios need to do is give the general public a high quality, cheap, legal alternative. the truth of the matter is that the vast majority of the content available on the pirate bay was of mediocre quality at best, even the hi def content was in many case poorly encoded.
if the major movie studios put up a site that allowed you to download pristine quality 720p movies at 5 bucks a pop (similar to what itunes did with songs, but at a more reasonable cost scale) and offered fast download speeds, i have no doubt that many people would choose the legal option and the content providers would make a nice buck in the process.
if you can't beat them, join them.
