    Yes. Edit the avisynth file and add a Trim() statement with the frame range you want encoded in it - e.g. Trim(0, 16500)

    Avisynth->Edit Filtering Settings

    Add .Trim(aaaa,bbbb) to then end of the Source statement (usually DirectShowSource) (where aaaa and bbbb are the top and bottom of your frame range)
