TVout and blackbands

I ouput to a widescreen TV from my pc using a gf3 ti200. I output svcds/dvds/divx etc. None of these formats will fill the screen and leave blackbands. Even DVDs that are in 16:9 format wont fill the screen.

I have been told that my card will only output at a ratio of 4:3 and thats why. Do any tvout cards allow proper full screen widescreen ratio playback?

Get TVTool and you can change the output screen size.
