    Just purchased SVCDtoDVD and I have tried everything but it will not register. It says the "Unable to connect to registration server.

    I unhooked my firewall, put the necessary PC directly to my Road Runner modem, disabled the firewall in the services of WinVista SP2 and nothing.

    I did search all the forums and nothing I found would work for me except maybe manual registration from a dev/admin?

    What can I do to make this work?

    I am very sorry about the delay in achieving the online registration. Over the weekend a major power outage had occurred in London's major Data Center, which had effectively disabled a number of the UK's Internet providers. This took the registration database out until the power was restored.

    The server is back online now so could you please try again?
