Hiya
I'm new in video capture thing...
I'm looking for VHS -> VCD/SVCD encoder card...and find out Navis MPEG-I/II....is it good enough for making VCDs? I need to convert some of VHS tapes (learning karate :P ) to VCD...so that I can keep them longer time! Please give me advice!!! thanksssssssssss!!!!!!

Actually, I want to save some money on my HD upgrade since if I use AVI capture, it'll take up a lot of space and time. Is there any good real time MPEG I/II encoding card? I heard Navis is good but really have no clue how good it is....would like to hear some expert's suggestions!
