Trying to back up...

Hiya guys I'm trying to make a copy of a copy, but everytime I put the disc into my drive it reads as being empty however the dvd plays fine on a stand alone player. I've burnt the disc on X2 on both nero and img burn and still the same results. I'm using verbatim discs with the MCC media code, any ideas what this could be guys, or how to correct this problem? Try on another dvd drive or try Isobuster and see if it can see any files.
