amazing little comptuter... what's it like for capturing?

i am thinking of getting http://www.anandtech.com/showdoc.html?i=1572&p=1 one of those...

if i attach a 850pentium III, and maybe a AIW would that be adequate to capture Divx and Mpeg in real time?

what about a 1.1 celeron?

i don't trust via chip set. since i have read and seen that via chipset gives lot of problems when adding new hard ware or so. I would say you can build a good AMD system for abt 500-600 US $. do that
