    the file size only 861mb for 42 minit++
    and the avg using 9000K and maksimumalso 9000k
    AVG 9000k OUTPUT FILE SIZE can be 861mb for 42 minit?
    pls teach me how to encode it

    poisondeathray is right. It is possible that the Bit rate and Nominal bit rate fields are
    1) the maximum bit rate of the video and NOT the average bit rate (the 5th line above is the average bit rate and this plays the biggest role in the file size)
    or
    2) quite simply wrong. It is possible to modify these values or to set them incorrectly in some encoders.

    but may i know how to encode the highlight part 9000k?
    norminal is highest bitrate?
    then how about bitrate?
