Copy movies/youtube clips to a DVD format

My ultimate goal is to copy movies / esp "youtube" clips to a DVD format for my mother to view on her TV/DVD. I recently learned how to d/l movies via torrent and have 3 sitting on my hd waiting to share.

I would really appreciate your rec's for a DVD converter program to enable me to do this.

Download youtube video with downloadhelper and convert the downloaded clips using dvd flick or convertxtodvd.
