I wasn't really sure where to post this at all, but I'm looking for a DirectShow filter that can accept video via an input pin and output the video as a virtual webcam.

I'm not looking for your run of a mill virtual webcam where you can show a video file or show your desktop, unless I can force it to use a particular graph.
