Hiya,
I got the above for my birthday it plays dvd great.
I put usb stik in with AVI's on. it plays them perfect but no sound.
Can anyone please help??????

Avi with what audio codec? Use mediainfo to identify the audio codec.

You might have to reconvert it to for example mp3 audio.

Hi i download my films so that i can put them on to a memory stick and play them through my dvd player, but theres no sound. they play perfectly when using media player on the pc but as soon as i try and watch them on the dvd player the quality is perfect but with no sound. stuck for ideas but would love to use a memory stick saves havin to carry around loads of dvds. many thanks Jim.

We can't help you at all until you can tell us what format the audio is in and Baldrick told you how to do it. Essentially repeating your first post over and over again will NOT solve your problem.
