Anyone know why Deshaker would suddenly no longer work?

I suspect that some important .dll file has been overwritten or messed up - is there a list of resources required by Deshaker?

No problems otherwise - it's Virtualdub 1.8.8. Deshaker works fine on a computer with Win XP, and used to work on Win2k - but it's the one on the Win2k that's currently broken - reinstalling Virtualdub hasn't improved things..
