  1. Hello,

I know, it has been discussed already several times, but still I need a clear picture. So:

Notebook: Acer Aspire 7520G, 17", outputs - VGA and DVI.

TV: Sweex 22", 1366 x 768 pixels, inputs - HDMI, S-Video, 3.5 mm stereo jack, SCART, VGA, CATV (PAL connector).

The aim is to connect laptop to TV with a maximum resolution and good sound.

    Please help!

    Thanx in advance

Use the DVI output on your laptop and connect to the tv hdmi. Get a dvi to hdmi cable or dvi-dvi/hdmi-hdmi cable with a dvi->hdmi/hdmi->dvi switch. You also need to connect the sound with a separate cable as dvi doesn't carry sound.

Use the audio/headphone output of the notebook (1/8" stereo connector) to the TV audio input (RCA red/white stereo input). You will of course need an adapter.
