any known SKY+HD STB problems.??

Are there any known problems with these HD SKY boxes?

I heard sometime ago there used to be...

ive had mine 48 hours and just before it froze and locked up in middle of recording one channel whilst watching another (which ive done a few times so far) - i had to kill power to whole setup and when it came back on there was no sound??? - I had to remove the HDMI cable and re-insert it to get sound back on - when the engineer set it up there was no sound and he messed with the HDMI cable saying it wasnt in properly and sound came on....

apparently the amstrad HD boxes are all a bit dodgy, recalled loads of em...

mine is a SAMSUNG one - theyre new as far as I know - one review site said theyre on par with the PACE models???

well I will keep an eye on this new SAMSUNG model - like I sau had a crash already after 48hours... not good!
