Subtitle Edit 3.2 has TROJAN & Site Feedback

Hi VH Forum Admin/Moderators,

I was not sure how to report this ... so here it goes in here ...

I wanted to share 2 things ...

1) In the Program Section ... I can Not post a comment without "Rating" it ... if I have Not used the program But I have a Comment that I feel it should be seen by Other Program Users ... I think it would be a good idea to allow that ...

The reason I don't want to rate it ... because I don't want to "unfairly" knock down the software ... if I am not quite correct about my reporting.

2) I wanted to Report that the "Subtitle Edit 3.2 Beta 3" and "Subtitle Edit Portable" seems to have a TROJAN in it ...

I ran various components of the "Subtitle Edit" program ... both versions ... through VirusTotal and it reports that file "tesseract.exe" contains TROJAN ... here is the link http://www.virustotal.com/file-scan/report.html?id=d5dc9a968885e31703759aca0ea1b9b5096...3ae-1314320892

BTW, after I saw that, I just stop bothering by running other files in Dictioneries Folder and the remaining files ... so!!!

Q1: Does anyone know if this is TRUE or is a False Positive!?!?

No problem reported with AVG or Kaspersky and how can you make a Comment that is worth reading by others if you haven't tried it. It's a bit like someone saying "I don't like curry and I don't recommend it!" without actually having eaten curry...

It's a false positive. But you can contact www.nikse.dk and maybe he can do something about it.
