  1. can somebody please tell me what is the best program for taking out parts of songs (drums , voices ect.).
    im trying to make a song with lots of songs combined using my drum samples i have.

    Get the master.

    Anything else is a hack job of cutting out frequencies.

  4. ahh... the only way to remove instruments is to have the original multitrack studio recording with everything in separate tracks. once it's mixed there is no way you can do it.

    it's the original recording still broken up into individual tracks. There are some programs that will attempt to remove the voice but it takes other things with it. and leaves traces of the vocal track behind like spatial effects/etc. There's really no good way to do it unless you can get ahold of the original recording (not gonna happen) and re-mix it with that type of equipment (also probably cost prohibitive..in other words..not gonna happen :P )

    What you're asking for is the same as buying a Carrot Cake and then asking for a tool that will take out all the raisins but leave the rest of the cake perfectly constructed. You can't. You have to cut the cake all apart and then pull out all the bits of raisins and all you'll end up with is a mess with lots of raisin-shaped holes in it.

    Your song (like the cake) has already been "baked" into one piece. There is no going back to the "ingredients."
