and it redirected IE to this website.

Once the IE is at the above website, Avast warning message pops up and indicates this website has virus/worm.

Anyone encounter this problem ?

Yes, I just got the same virus/worm display from Avast. Maybe a good place to stay away from. It might be a false positive, but I'm not going to test it out.

EDIT: pchan, Just in case, I changed your live links to quotes, so if there is a problem, we're not propagating it. Anyone that wants to 'expirement' can copy the links and give them a try.

that's a weird one. firefox and norton have no problem with either page. they are affiliated with the firefox plugin videodownloader. google itself has no problem with it.
