After ripping my blu-ray titles and extracting the "main" m2ts file if I stream the said m2ts file to my ps3 I sometimes get audio commentaries or some such other audio track playing. I figure I need to use program such as TSMuxer on the file before streaming but when I open one of these m2ts files with TSMuxer I see many audio tracks and I dont seem to be able to identify which one I want.

What do I need to do?

    Thanks guys.

Usually they are labeled when you open the main .m2ts file with TsMuxeR. (Most times the largest file) I've always found the first audio files to be the correct ones. I find the 5.1 and the 2.0 files are listed first.

A PITA, but you can demux the main movie and the audio file you think is correct, then play it back with VLC or MPC-HC and confirm you have the right one. Maybe a easier way, but so far I have always got the right audio file.

I tsmuxed an m2ts file and kept only the H.264 video and DTS HD audio(first audio track) and when I stream it to my ps3 i get no sound.. anyone know why that would be? my ps3 is plugged into a onkyo tx sr606 receiver via hdmi.

Maybe DTS audio isn't compatible with a PS3? Just guessing as I don't have one. You might read this part of a guide by stanstan about converting DTS to a AC3 track: https://forum.videohelp.com/topic361585.html

If there is no AC3 track

Demux the preferred audio track with eac3to.

IF the master audio track or the preferred one is AC3, I'll keep the created AC3 audio file for the final movie

OTHERWISE if it is DTS-HD / True-HD/ lpcm you need to convert it to AC3 with eac3to by demux & converting with with the following command line "eac3to <FILENAME>.m2ts 3: <FILENAME>.ac3 -640"

Then you will need to remux the .m2ts with this new audio and select only the new audio and the video by adding it to the list in tsMuxeRGUI the same way we added the .m2ts / .mpls file
I haven't needed to do this, so never tried it, but a AC3 track may be what you need. eac3to is in the RipBot 'Tools' folder.
