What kind of movie? Is it a DVD? A WMV? An AVI?

People aren't going to laugh at you for asking your question but you're definitely going to catch some heat for not providing even basic information as to what kind of 'movie' this is.

Also, I hope for your sake it's not a commercial DVD that you downloaded and are asking for help viewing, you're going to catch a lot MORE heat if it is.

Give us some more info and you might get some help.

If it is lots of smaller, numbered files then it is probably a rar archive and you need to unpack it. Try WinRar, although most archive software will unpack it.

I have no issues with newbies - we all were there, especially with a complex subject as video.

And even the experts here will say that they are still learning, and will need help with a project now and then. And I am grateful to those that taught me and still do today.

But to register on a site like this, only to ask how to play something you quite likely should have paid for in the first place only compounds the lameness factor by the nth degree of an already stupid question to begin with that has no supporting details.

So I will spare you with the laughter. I will only mention that you would have looked much brighter asking for a pony instead.
I hate VHS. I always did.

On the other hand, you gotta give the guy credit for getting the jump on the Tuesday specials (as i like to call them around here). There's "0-day", but this guy is actually "-1 day".

I know, I know... some people have very weak google-fu.

I just get tired of people who post here without having any basic concept of searching. I'm pretty sure I lurked here for a good 6 months to a year before I joined. Know why?

I didn't want to look totally STUPID.

orangekrush, please read our rules before posting. If that torrent file is of a copyrighted video you are asking about, that would be a violation.

But to give you the short answer to your question, try VLC media player.

And orangekrush, in the future please use a more descriptive subject title in your posts to allow others to search for similar topics. I will change yours this time. From our rules:
Try to choose a subject that describes your topic.
Please do not use topic subjects like Help me!!! or Problems.
    Thanks,
