Hi, heres the deal. Im encoding avi's using dvd flick. Then im using DVD SHrink to turn them into ISO's and burning them using Imgburn. Ive had a certain amount of success burning dvd's that i can play in my dvd player but ive run into a problem. It started with the dvd's lagging or skipping and i figured out that i was burning at to high a speed. So now i only burn at 1X and that seemend to fix that. Then i ran into a problem with a few Avi's where the audio didnt match the video in a couple of them. So i redownload those and they worked fine now i have a problem where it says Bframe decoder lag. The Avi Plays but every time a scene changes in the video theres a slight pause. The audio is still on time though. the avi doesnt do this when i play it on my computer. Any ideas what i can do to fix this?

There is no need to use DVD Shrink to create an ISO. Imgburn can happily burn without it. Just select th4 Video_TS folder in burn mode.

If you have to burn at 1x then either your burner is on the way out, or you are using very low quality discs. Either way you need to fix the issue, as burning at 1x isn't really a fix.

Im not sure that i have to burn at 1x but it did help. Im using Sony DVD-RW's im not sure if there good or bad quality. ill try using image burn directly and see if that helps.

The B-Frame decoder message is usually seen in some version of virtualdub (mod, for instance), and if AVISource() is used in avisynth instead of DirectShowSource(). You could try installing a new version of Xvid, or use FFDShow, and see if that removes the message.
