uTube Issues?? Choppy Video playback but sound is fine

I have noticed a lot lately that when I watch videos on you tube they tend to play fine and then they freeze for like 3 seconds while the sound plays fluently and then the video plays fine for a few seconds and freezes again.

So I am watching a video it plays then freezes for a second but the sound is playing fine...


I know I can't post links but in utube they videos are called...

I have utorrent 1.7.7 open/Nod32 AV Running/Comodo Firewall Pro/and three Browsers open aka Mozilla 3

Tried different browsers?
Tried upgrade to latest flash, http://www.adobe.com/shockwave/download/download.cgi?P1_Prod_Version=ShockwaveFlash ?
Does other flash movie sites work fine?

Well yea other sites tend to do the same thing but would uTorrent cause this issue because I am downloading and uploading at the same time while trying to watch a youtube video.

Other Sites do the same.
