I'm trying to convert a commercial DVD movie ripped with Mac the Ripper for my iPhone 3G. Since its protected I cannot use Handbrake- there are frequent audio drop outs at numerous points in the movie if I use Handbrake. Using ffmpegx allows me to drag the Video_TS folder into the program but then Ihave to use MP4/H.264 mencoder to complete the process. The iPhone preset is not available since the main engine does not work with a TS folder. It asks for a VOB file. Using the MP4/H.264 setting is painfully long, well over an hour! How can I convert the TS folder to VOB? There are some VOB files in the Video_TS folder but I'm not sure what to do with them. They do not seem to add up to over the 2 hours in movie length. Any suggestions would be appreciated.
