Howdy,
I have a problem you might be able to help me with: is it possible to break a video stream down into its frames? Like, for each second of the video I'd get 23 frames, or 25 frames depending on what the case was. Is there any program that will help me?
I know this is an unusual request but I really need this for a school project I'm working on
Any help is appreciated.
Thanks in advance,
Tiago

VirtualDub. Export/Image Sequence.
But you'd have to capture the stream first."Shut up Wesley!" -- Captain Jean-Luc Picard
