  1. OK, here's what I've got. I downloaded brotherhood of the wolf.avi and the sub files that are offered for it. I can't figure out how to add the subs so I can burn a film with them in the movie. The film is also in pal, which I will have to convert to ntsc if this makes any difference in the process. So what do I need(vdub, vobsub, etc.) and what do I do. This is kicking my ass! Please break it down simple dumbass style. Thanks for any assistance in advance.

There are different sub files with .sub extention. Vobsub uses .sub and submux as well. Is it a text file? What is the exact filename (this would be the next question if it is a file for vobsub).
Did you download a .ifo file too?

  5. I also downloaded Brotherhood of the Wolf.avi (2 files). It came with Vobsub and the subtitles files. The sub files were in .srt format. I changed their name to the same as the avi's and it worked perfectly to watch using WMP, however, I would also like to imbed the sub's into the movie so I can convert to VCD for burning.

Any ideas on if this is possible or what program I can use to do it? Thanks

    :-?

  6. As Churchill famously predicted when Chamberlain returned from Munich proclaiming peace in his time: "You were given the choice between war and dishonor. You chose dishonor, and you will have war."
