yamb doesnt seem to support ac3 audio
when i went to import the ac3 audio in the "all supported formats" it didnt see it in the folder where it is stored

any ideas how to get it to support it or another program?

also sorry i didnt specify in the first post that it was the 5.1 audio that was ac3

  5. .mp4 container doesn't fully support AC3

You can put several audio tracks into an .mkv container with mkvmergegui

EDIT: apparently as of August 2008, the .mp4 specs now support AC3 (but this doesn't mean all players will play it properly). You can try mp4muxer
