internetlinks on dvd

Hi, i want to put active internetlinks on a dvd (menu), for viewing with a computer.
How to do this?
I use Sony Vegas/Architect, but i'm doubting this is possible with it.
Ayone knows an other utility?

There was only one application that allowed you to do this. I haven't seen it mentioned in a while, but I believe it might have been related to the interactual player.
