    Is it possible to convert JPEG file to word? with what programme can i do this? thanks in advance.

    I assume you mean a scan of a document that has been saved in jpeg format. If so you need an OCR (Optical Character Recognition) program. A cheap one usually ships with most scanners, otherwise you will have to buy one. I like Abbey Fine Reader, but there are several others around, such as Omnipage.
