I need to add 5 second blackness at the end of my VCD since my player ends prematurely. I tried using TMPGEnc but the sync got all bad in the entire movie...
I found this other program MPGJoin but now I don't get VCD compliant files says Nero.
What to do?

Create another capture file...this time capture 5 seconds of blackness. Then use TMPEG to join it to the end of the original.
