If I rip a PAL movie with DVD2AVI, the resulting file would be m2v and its audio ac3, is there PAL in them or no?

Will they have PAL attributes (PAL resolution and PAL framerate) ? The answer is yes. The act of ripping does not change the format.

I meant if I convert the resulting m2v in convertx2dvd and I use the output as NTSC format, will it be playable on my NTSC DVD player which cannot play PAL? I know that the resolution and framerate will be the same from ripping, I was wondering about the system of PAL in m2v that prevent me from playing it on my DVD player.
