I loaded a batch of mpeg2's ep's 1 to 3 are 800mbs each ep's 4 and 5 are around 902mbs when I click on auto fit nothing happen's. So me question can you not auto fit with mpegs 2?

you cannot autofit mpgs only avi

You can use Dvd Shrink to get it down to the size of a Dvd-5.
