Hi, I hope somone can hep me with this problem. Deadline is saturday evening GMT+1 and I can' t seem to find the solution.

This is the 4th videopodcast I made and for the first time I have the following problem:

    Were shooting video at 30fps (2 camera's). Audio is recorded seperatly (44.100Hz - 16bit).
There's an intro - an interview section - an outro

I've imported all the files, edited everything and all plays fine in Premiere, but when I export to lossless avi, the audio and video in the intro is out of sync
All the rest is ok, it's just the intro.

Because we use 2 camera's, there are some spaces on the video tracks. I tried adding black video, but that didn't help.
I also tried removing the original audio from the camera (which was muted when exporting - used to sync the seperate audio track), but no luck.

Linking the audio & video also didn't work.

    Any ideas??
    Thank you in advance!

Go frame by frame and find the problem. Don't say it's too hard or takes too much time. I've done it a lot in the past, due to sucky recording techniques or equipment. (Never something I did, but the shoddy work of other folks.)

    Thx for the reply.

It plays absolutely fine in Premiere so I wouldn't really know what to look for.
Anyway, I will have a look, the intro is only 30sec long, so that won't take too much time.
I've also deleted the preview files and will try re-rendering it.

Try another export method. How does it fair in MPEG-2? It could be a problem with the source, or the hard drives where the source/destination are writing/reading to.

I moved to audio track 5 frames and then it exported ok.
The stange thing is, it still played fine in premiere too.
Maybe there was something wrong with the audio file, I don't know, but it worked.

Anyway, thanks for your time and help
