Add Audio To Mpeg Without Reprocessing

Hello,

I have downloaded a HQ mpeg2 video that already has audio, however the video is censored. There is silence where a swear word should be. Anyhow, I also have this particular video in a lower resolution and this version is uncensored. I've ripped the audio from the low-res uncensored video and now I'd like to add this audio to the HQ video. Is there a way of doing this without quality loss to the HQ mpeg? Thanks!
