    Hi all,

    I have 2 DivX files, and they have a 5 second overlap. How would I go about joining these while removing the overlap?

    Open the first file in AVI Demux. Append the second file (File -> Append). Mark the start end end of the 5 second section you want to remove, hit Del, then save the results, using Smart Encoding if asked (q value of 2). Remember to add the .avi extension, because AVI Demux wont do that for you.
