unable to connect to database to register

yeah same here trying to install on my machine xp sp2
says cannot conect to database firewall is configuered to allow svcd2dvd connection
is there any way of getting a machine license like in the good old days

i'm still having the same problem and everything else is connecting fine like utorrent and filezilla. i just installed like ten other programs without a hitch. hope you get this sorted soon. i need this program today.


-update- all these hours later and i still can't use a program i paid for. one of the few i don't use a crack or patch for and actually paid for and i can't activate it. so ******* great. this is like 24 hours after my first post. it's April 21 already.

I am sorry but the registration server is down at the moment.

We'll do it manually.

Start the program. Cancel the wizard. Fill in the Name (anything over 8 chars) and send me (in an email) that along with your UserData.

I will send a new registration code.
