program to join wave files

I need a program to join different wave files into one long file. I need to create a long music track for an avi file that will be edited with Virtual Dub. I also need a program that will create a looped wave file. If anyone has any suggestions or comments it wil be appreciated. I enjoy this site and everyones expertise.

Try Goldwave(shareware). www.goldwave.com
Open the first wav file and the second wav file. Edit -> Select All the contents of the second wav file and Edit -> Copy.
Make the First wav file window active and click Edit-> Paste at-> End.
Repeat for all other files. Hope you get the idea.
However I not sure what your requirement for a looped wave file is.
