  1. After looking at their website (www.gmer.net), I am still confused how to use this software to scan for and delete malware. See screenshot of what I was able to do with the software. What should I do now with all these files? Should I press Kill All and then delete them? I'm really confused. A step by step explanation would be really helpful.

Go on, kill 'em all !

No, on second thoughts, don't. They are all legitimate processes, although the McAfee processes are wasting a lot more CPU that they should, simply because they do.

Honestly, you are way out of your depth, and should stick with something like Spybot Search and Destroy, which is free, very reliable and trusted, and makes it very hard to really break anything, even if you have no idea what you are doing.

This tool requires you have a fairly good knowledge of Windows, and what processes are legitimate and what are not.

Probably the name of the malware that has infected your computer
would be revealed if you had taken the time to move that vertical
    scrollbar downwards.

AVG too has a free anti-rootkit stuff --- but I have never used it and
therefore I cannot comment about it:

Unfortunately there is no easy cure for the disease named "will to not learn".
