Hi,
I've downloaded a few video clips via Real Player, but it saves them as .ivr (internet video recording). I've tried Super to convert them into somethign useful, but it cannot.
Anyone got any ideas how to change .ivr to .mpeg or .abvi?
Bill

The only possibility I have seen is that Ulead-VideoStudio is reported to be able to open them. You could download the trial version and see. But I have my doubts.

.ivr was designed to be a proprietary format for viewing only, not conversion. If Ulead doesn't work, I would just delete them. It appears you can extract the MP3 audio from them, but not the video. It appears you can extract the MP3 audio from them, but not the video.

You could try Camstudio and try to record them directly from the screen, but the quality would likely be poor.
