Hello!
Somebody that helps me with this doubt:
I want a Panasonic DVD recorder DMR-ES15 ONLY for use as an external TBC/Frame Synchronizer in passthrough mode.
My VHS video tapes are PAL-N format
I wish to connect:
VHS (s-video out) ---> (s-video in) DMR-ES15 (s-video out) ---> (s-video in) PC capture
VHS is PAL-N
DVD video capture would be PAL-N
Would the DMR-ES15 cause me any problems becouse my vhs source is PAL-N ????????
thank you in advance

Pansonic makes both NTSC and PAL machines. You would have to use a PAL machine ... NTSC machines cannot handle a PAL signal.
