There's a PlayStation game called Road Rash Jailbreak. I have full CD image of it. It contains video files in wve format. I tried a lot of software trying to convert it to avi, but no software could do it. I even compiled my own ffmpeg build (I read that it has support for this format), but when I tried to convert the wve file with it, it shows an error. I tried searching it in google many times, but I found nothing useful. Here is an example of wve file.
How can I play or convert it to avi in Windows?

Total Video Converter appears to support it.

I tried it but it don't recognizes the file.
I compiled ffmpeg and it converted the wve samples from mplayer site, but not mine files.
Maybe mine wve's encoded with the codec only known to electronic arts company, I don't know what to try.

It wouldn't surprise me if it was somehow encrypted. I'm sure EA only wants the files to be used within the game.
