  1. I just hooked a Viewsonic 17in LCD monitor to a ATI AIW garphics card.
When I used PowerDVD to play movie, the female actress appeared to have Grayish-blue shades on her arm, and chin, face, when the lighting is bright. They only go away when I reduced the brightness in the overlay!

is the signals on the analog VGA cable is too strong or what ? I changed another VGA cable, and the result is the same. I don't see this on this viewsonics on the previous PC with an intel onboard extreme garhics.

Hmm, any one has any idea what to do with this ?

  2. The LCd monitor has three color temperatures : 5400K, 6500K, and 9300K.
This only happened on 6500K and when contrast setting is beyond 75%.

This also happened on anothe LCD monitor, and a velocity graphics card, at 6500K.

Look at this is a LCD display thing.

Display card calibration* or manual overlay settings.

They will install their ICC defaults

My Samsung profile has been good enough for normal use without override.
