I have gone off svcd so am now trying to make a decent vcd, but I can only have constant bitrate in tmpgenc when encoding it and I wanted 2 pass.
Also when i load the PAL profiles I have for vcd the greyed bits don't have interlace ticked (dvd is).
Everything i have tried to change the settings has resulted in nero saying the mpeg is non-compliant and when i burn it onto cdrw to test it then the audio is out of synch.
Not totally sure what i am doing as i am a newbie but i am using smartripper
vd2avi
tmpgenc 12a and new one which is best?
Any help is very much appreciated, thanks.![]()
