    Is there anyway to unlock the region lock of Toshiba SD430V? Any comment is appreciated.

    Not all players can be "hacked" to region free. Your best bet is to buy a player that supports region free and not hack a player that doesn't officially support it.

    A quick google search turns up nothing helpful, so most likely this player is not hackable.
