    i'm having a tough time on how to find/pick a dvd player (not portable player) that can play ntsc and pal region dvds. i've heard people say there are some dvd players that can play region 1 ntsc and for example region 2 pal dvds but where can i find a reliable place to invest on a dvd player? any suggestions? please reply.

    Philips or Oppo,you can buy a Philips at most B&M stores but Oppo are only available online.
    Look to the left in "DVD Players".
